Effective Date: September 4, 2026

By hiring BZ Lawn Solutions, you agree to these terms.

### Our Services
We provide property maintenance including:
- Lawn care and landscape design
- Seasonal clean-ups
- Winter snow and ice management

### Pricing and Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days. We may adjust pricing if site conditions change significantly after work starts.

### Service Scheduling
We follow a recurring schedule, but dates may change due to weather or maintenance. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days.

### Weather Postponements
For the safety of our crew and your lawn, we may skip or reschedule visits during rain, saturation, or extreme heat.

### Customer Responsibilities
Before we arrive, please:
- Remove toys, hoses, furniture, and pet waste from work areas.
- Mark hidden hazards like sprinklers or underground lines.
We are not liable for damage to items that were hidden or undisclosed.

### Access and Safety
You grant us permission to enter your property. If pets prevent safe access, we may bypass service for that day.

### Snow and Ice Management
We strive for clear surfaces but cannot guarantee ice-free pavement due to drifting snow or refreezing. Use caution on all treated areas.

### Payment Terms
Payments are due per your quote or invoice via our online portal. Late payments may result in service suspension and collection fees.

### Cancellations
Provide advance notice for changes. You are responsible for all labor and materials used prior to termination. We may end service for non-payment or safety risks.

### Damage Reporting
Report any property damage concerns within 48 hours so we can inspect and resolve the issue.

### Legal Limitations
Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. These terms are governed by Kentucky law.

### Communication
You consent to receive billing and booking updates via the contact info provided. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
